Berenice Smith, MA graphic designer and stained glass artist

A designer and creative exploring social communication through design. Past projects include visual representations of synaesthesia and developing a typeface based on a rural vernacular.

I am a fully qualified graphic designer with over twenty years design experience and a Masters in graphic design. I am 100% passionate about user friendly products that work for my clients and their customers. I provide branding and logo design, brochures and print design, editorial and ebook design, websites and copyediting.

I am also a stained glass artist working with leaded glass and copper foil techniques to commission for clients across the UK. I intend to run workshops in 2019 and expand my work in bespoke memorial panels.

Graphic design, branding and website design

I have worked in graphic and website design for over twenty years and have a Masters degree in graphic design and typography from the Cambridge School of Art. I love turning ideas into full fledged products and creating designs that inspire and innovate. Working with clients as diverse as freelance photographers and global publishers including Cambridge University Press, I can offer the range of services found at a large agency at cost effective prices with extra attention to detail.

Stained glass and illustration

I have a City and Guilds in graphic design and work with lead and copper foiled glass to create bespoke windows and panels. Using centuries old techniques and calligraphic skills, I am currently working on memorial panels to honour life and death. These will be to commission only.
